AGENT INFORMATIQUE :
Nous recherchons un agent informatique motivé et compétent pour rejoindre notre équipe. Le candidat retenu sera chargé de fournir un soutien technique à nos collaborateurs et de veiller au bon fonctionnement de leurs systèmes informatiques. Il sera également chargé d’installer et de configurer de nouveaux matériels et logiciels, ainsi que d’effectuer des tâches de maintenance de routine.
Principales responsabilités :
- Fournir un soutien technique aux clients par téléphone, par courriel ou en personne.
- Installer et configurer de nouveaux matériels et logiciels.
- Effectuer des tâches de maintenance de routine telles que les sauvegardes et les mises à jour de logiciels.
- Dépanner et résoudre les problèmes techniques.
- Créer et maintenir une documentation pour les systèmes et processus informatiques. Etc.
Exigences :
- Expérience dans un rôle de support informatique.
- Connaissance approfondie du dépannage matériel et logiciel.
- Excellentes compétences en matière de communication et de service à la clientèle.
- Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante et en équipe.
- Etc.
