La Banque Islamique du Sénégal recrute un Chef d’Agence.
L’objectif du poste de Chef d’Agence est de mettre en œuvre la politique commerciale de la banque pour la réalisation des objectifs annuels en emplois, de ressources, de comptes, de produits et services bancaires dans le cadre d’une gestion saine et rentable.
Responsabilités Principales
- Animer et gérer l’équipe de l’agence afin d’assurer un service de qualité et d’atteindre les objectifs
- Développer et optimiser le PNB et la rentabilité de son agence
- Fidéliser la clientèle et rechercher de nouveaux clients
- Prendre en charge les requêtes de la clientèle
- Conseiller les clients et prospects sur les produits et services bancaires
- Promouvoir et vendre les produits et services
- Mettre en œuvre avec l’appui du Responsable du Réseau tous types d’actions commerciales
- Suivre la rentabilité de ses clients
- Superviser la mise à jour des dossiers d’ouverture de compte
- Apprécier et maîtriser le risque commercial
- Assurer une bonne tenue des comptes du portefeuille : assurer la gestion des comptes débiteurs, des irréguliers, des comptes sans mouvement et des comptes gelés. Procéder notamment aux relances sur comptes dormants et/ou irréguliers
- Atteinte des Indicateurs de Performance
- Assurer les instructions et le renouvellement des dossiers de financement
- Assurer le suivi de l’apurement des cautions échues
- Superviser et contrôler l’ensemble des activités de l’agence (opérations de caisse, de guichet)
- Surveiller de façon permanente les comptes internes de l’agence
- Veiller sur le patrimoine de l’agence
- Prendre en charge toute autre tâche émanant de la hiérarchie
- Suivi des recommandations de l’Audit

- Niveau d’atteinte des objectifs fixés
- Taux de satisfaction des clients de l’agence
- Renouvellement à temps des dossiers échus
- Fidélisation de la clientèle
- Respect des remontées périodiques
Formations et Expériences
- Bac + 3 ou 4 avec minimum 3 ans d’expérience en Banque
- Sens commercial et orientation résultats
- Connaissances en matière de financements
- Bonne connaissance des techniques bancaires et commerciales
- Maîtrise des opérations bancaires
