Missions principales :
- Prendre en charge les clients dès leur arrivée à l’entrée du casino.
- Réserver un accueil chaleureux et professionnel aux clients.
- Orientez les clients à travers les différents espaces du casino.
- Informer la clientèle sur les services et produits proposés par le Terrou Bi.
- Valoriser les clients en faisant preuve de reconnaissance et d’empathie.
- Assister dans la gestion de la communication avec les clients avant et pendant les événements.
- Veiller à la propreté des espaces (gobelets, cendriers, verres) pendant le service.
- Signaler toute situation ou information importante à l’inspecteur des Machines à sous.
- Observer et signaler les anomalies ou comportements suspects.
- Contribuer à la fidélisation de la clientèle en offrant un service attentionné et adapté.
- Respecter les consignes de sécurité et d’utilisation du matériel.
- Appliquer les règles de sécurité de l’hôtel (ex. : incendie).
