L’Agence pour l’Économie et la Gestion de l’Énergie (AEME) recherche des professionnels hautement qualifiés pour les postes suivants :
POSTE : CONTRÔLEUR INTERNE

Description :
Le contrôleur interne assiste l’agence dans l’atteinte de ses objectifs en évaluant systématiquement ses processus de gestion des risques et de contrôle interne, tout en formulant des recommandations pour améliorer leur efficacité.
Responsabilités :
Sous la supervision du Directeur Général, le contrôleur interne aura les responsabilités suivantes :
- Identifier les risques et les procédures de contrôle de l’Agence.
- Évaluer la pertinence et l’application de ces procédures à travers des audits.
- Développer des recommandations pour améliorer leur efficacité.
- Évaluer l’efficacité des contrôles internes nécessaires à la préparation des comptes de l’agence.
Critères de Sélection :
- Éducation : Diplôme universitaire de niveau Bac + 5 en audit, contrôle, comptabilité ou domaine connexe.
- Expérience Professionnelle : Au moins 10 ans d’expérience dans l’audit et/ou le contrôle, avec au moins 5 ans dans un rôle de supervision.
- Compétences Techniques : Initiative, sens critique, bonne capacité relationnelle, rigueur.
- Compétences Linguistiques : Maîtrise du français et bon niveau en anglais ; maîtrise des outils informatiques.
POSTE : RESPONSABLE DE LA DIVISION PARTENARIATS ET COOPÉRATION

Le responsable de la division est chargé de mobiliser et de gérer les partenariats et la coopération pour les activités de l’agence.
Responsabilités :
Sous la supervision du Directeur de la Planification, le responsable aura les responsabilités suivantes :
- Identifier et cibler les partenaires potentiels.
- Préparer des accords et conventions de partenariat.
- Maintenir les documents d’engagement de l’agence.
- Promouvoir les programmes de l’AEME auprès des partenaires.
Critères de Sélection :
- Éducation : Diplôme universitaire de niveau Bac + 5 en politiques économiques ou relations internationales.
- Expérience Professionnelle : Au moins 5 ans dans un rôle de supervision, avec au moins 3 ans dans la planification et le développement de propositions de partenariat.
- Compétences Techniques : Bonne connaissance de la gestion de l’énergie et des enjeux de changement climatique.
- Compétences Linguistiques : Maîtrise du français et bon niveau en anglais ; maîtrise des outils informatiques.
POSTE : CHEF DE PROJET EN AMÉLIORATION ÉNERGÉTIQUE

Le chef de projet est responsable de la réalisation d’audits et de diagnostics énergétiques dans divers secteurs.
Responsabilités :
Sous la supervision du Directeur de l’Efficacité Énergétique, le chef de projet aura les responsabilités suivantes :
- Réaliser des revues énergétiques et évaluer les bilans énergétiques.
- Produire des rapports suite aux audits énergétiques.
- Concevoir des solutions techniques pour une gestion énergétique efficace.
Critères de Sélection :
- Éducation : Diplôme universitaire de niveau Bac + 5 en Efficacité Énergétique ou Ingénierie Électrotechnique.
- Expérience Professionnelle : Au moins 5 ans dans les diagnostics/audits énergétiques.
- Compétences Techniques : Très bonne connaissance de la gestion de l’énergie, sécurité électrique, normes de performance énergétique.
- Compétences Linguistiques : Maîtrise du français et bon niveau en anglais ; maîtrise des outils informatiques.

- Superviser les projets d’énergies renouvelables.
- Effectuer une veille technologique sur les énergies renouvelables.

- Éducation : Diplôme universitaire de niveau Bac + 5 en Énergies Renouvelables ou domaine connexe.
- Expérience Professionnelle : Au moins 5 ans d’expérience dans le secteur des énergies renouvelables.
- Compétences Techniques : Solide connaissance des technologies d’énergies renouvelables et de la réglementation en vigueur.
- Compétences Linguistiques : Maîtrise du français et bon niveau en anglais ; maîtrise des outils informatiques.
